If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason what so ever, all of our Site Owner Memberships come with a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, no questions asked. Please contact us by addressing an email to: Support at Safelistbuilder.com if you are unsatisfied with your paid membership. If you are a list member, you must discuss refunds with your list operator.

Double Opt-In Policy – The Safelist Builder wants to make sure that your Safelisting services are fully protected from SPAM. To do so, every membership is fully protected with a Double Opt-In feature. This means that once a member signs up, no emails will be sent to them until they have clicked on the confirmation link in the email sent to their List Email address.

Off Target Advertising – Be respectful of your Safelist members. Do not send out advertising or information that is off target. Continued complaints may lead to deactivation of your account without refund after notice has been served.

Delivery of Advertisements – While we always do everything within our control to make sure that all advertising programs are delivered 100%, we cannot warranty nor guarantee 100% delivery. If for some reason you believe that a program of yours was not fulfilled properly, please contact Tech Support with all the particulars of your campaign by addressing an email to: Support at Safelistbuilder.com and we will attempt to rectify the situation to your satisfaction.

Marketing Results – The Safelist Builder makes no warranty neither stated nor implied of marketing campaign results. Individual marketing results will vary from member to member and are based solely on the marketer’s experience and marketing savvy.

Guaranteed Up Time – While we make no implied warranty or guarantee as to system up time, availability or timely delivery of Emails or Banner Ads, we do promise to do our best at all times to keep the system up, running and tuned for performance for our members use.

No Spam – Any account caught Spamming in anyway that implicates the Safelist Builder will be deactivated, charged $5 per SPAM allegation, charged $5 per piece of SPAM sent out with The Safelist Builder name implicated in any way and the account will be immediately and permanently terminated without notice or refund. Additionally, 100% of any outstanding commissions owed an account will be forfeited to the Safelist Builder in the event of any SPAM violations.

Possibly Offensive Materials – Religion, Politics, Adult, Hate, Racial or Slanderous content and advertising is strictly prohibited. Any account that is caught sending out offensive content or advertisements will be immediately and permanently deactivated without notice or refund. The Safelist Builder retains the right to final decision over what is considered offensive. Please use your best judgment.

Free, Annual and Lifetime Memberships – Lifetime refers to the “Lifetime” of the Safelist Builder, not the member’s lifetime. If the Safelist Builder should happen to go out of business or permanently lose connectivity without the ability to re-establish access to the Internet for any reason, it will be considered the end of all memberships with no refunds being warranted.

Promotional Rights Reserved – The Safelist Builder reserves the right to include all List Email addresses from every member of every Safelist hosted at The Safelist Builder in our marketing programs. There will be periodic mailings of our offers, solos ads and future megalist mailings that your Safelist will receive. We will be offering these services for fees to offset the incremental hosting costs of your Safelists.

Cease of Ownership – In the event a Safelist Owner decides not to continue hosting with The Safelist Builder, The Safelist Builder reserves the right to retain ownership of the Safelist hosted on our servers. This is done to protect the members and ensure that even if an owner chooses not to continue hosting or maintaining a Safelist, the members will not be left without service. Each member will have the option to discontinue his or her membership at The Safelist Builder via the removal tools included in every email sent by The Safelist Builder system.

Neglect of Safelist - Owners are responsible for maintaining their Safelists. If The Safelist Builder should begin receiving complaints of neglect on an Owner's part, The Safelist Builder reserves the right to take ownership and control of the Safelist in question. Of course, we are not in business to personally maintain 1000 Safelists and would prefer that you, as the owner, worked through any problems (with or without our help) to make sure that your members are properly taken care of.

Moving of Safelists - As an owner of a Safelist at The Safelist Builder you have the right to request an export of your list so that you can host it elsewhere for a fee of $250 payable in advance to The Safelist Builder. In the event you should choose to discontinue or move your Safelist, The Safelist Builder will immediately assume ownership of the Safelist being discontinued upon delivery of the export. This is done to ensure that no member is ever caught without service in a situation beyond our control.

Memberships are Non-Transferable - Memberships cannot be resold, are non-transferable and non-willable. Nor can memberships be used by anyone but the membership holder.

Liability – The Safelist Builder in no way implies any warranty nor guarantee as to availability and accepts no liability to its members for loss of income, loss of use nor loss any other conceivable property or value. By becoming a member of the Safelist Builder, you fully agree to not hold the Safelist Builder liable for any loss of service, loss of income, loss of opportunity or any other loss that may be conceived of by you as a member.

Right to Update – The Safelist Builder reserves the right to update and change these terms and conditions of use at any time without prior notice.
